I in gold mountain was very comfortable. Until the end of 2006, I felt there was no space for me anymore. That year, I was both complex and determined. I wasn't saying I wanted to be a CEO, but I had no space left. I admit this is related to gold mountain not going public yet, even if it did go public, I felt that gold mountain grew too slowly. When we started doing games, at one point we thought we could surpass Perfect World and Giant Network's growth rate by a lot, but later on we found out that our strategy remained conservative all along.

We were slow while others rushed forward with great momentum. The institutions were too heavy for us to shake off easily.

When many people left in 2006's second half of the year, my subordinates directly moved to other companies as COO's or CEOs. To keep them from leaving would require my company growing faster than they did; otherwise they would leave continuously.

In December 2006, when my contract ended without any further notice from either side (it seems like an open-ended agreement), which made me feel quite relieved because nobody seemed important anymore after my departure.

But before departing completely from Gold Mountain Software Corporation in Beijing where he worked as the vice president under co-founder Wang Jianlin (not Wang Zhidong), he proposed his resignation plan during a meeting held on October 31st last year (in fact) [1] [2]. This move came unexpectedly to everyone involved due largely to personal reasons rather than professional ones such as disagreements over business strategies or conflicts within leadership teams since it became clear then that changes needed making amid economic downturns affecting various sectors including technology and finance globally speaking:

On January 28th this year following his decision not taking up another position at some other company despite offers being extended by several parties - among them IDG Capital Partners who also expressed interest in backing him financially through investment - Kingsoft Co., Ltd.'s CEO Dr Liu Chuanzhi personally met with Mr Wang Feng regarding potential collaboration opportunities between their respective companies given shared interests in gaming industry development alongside technological advancements made available via mobile platforms:

It has been reported recently however that during these talks concerning possible future collaborations involving investments into each other’s businesses so long as certain conditions are met — namely ensuring sufficient synergies exist amongst their operations while respecting intellectual property rights owned individually — discussions surrounding potential joint ventures involving Chinese game developer Tencent Holdings Limited have taken place between representatives of both entities although details remain unclear until now due mainly to ongoing negotiations still underway today:
