我们深知世上成功人数占全人类的3%的比例，普通人群却占了97%的比例，为何普通人会如此之多呢？“成功”真的有那么难吗？正在社会拼搏的您是否会是成功行列的一员呢？您的身上是否具备了成功的基因？

为此问题我曾经苦读励志书籍、成功人物传记。也经历了这些年的磨炼，从最低级的工厂生产线普工到今天的培训讲师，也再次验证了成功人士所道之理，在此与大家分享分享。

1、未学做事先学做人。

从许多励志书籍、成功人物传里我们可以常读到这一句话。可见做事成功前我们得先做人成功，想必您读到这里都会深有感触，今天您的事业为什么会做得这么大？那都是因为您已经把自己经营成功了，有朋友的相助，朋友、导师的指导。

如今我们许多刚出社会不久，对深远的人生认识不足，经常会把自己十几二十年来的人个“品牌”给经营败了，有时为了自己的一点小利，有时为了一点虚荣心（面子）；有时却为了一点鸡毛蒜皮之事；古往今来没有一个人是靠单打独斗而成功的，再强的大牛也得靠手下兵卒，领军打仗（带领团队创业）作为领头羊，没有过人的魅力何来江山（企业）之说？

领导做人不成熟，您下的属不会促进您的工作成就吗？

想想以前我在这儿吃了不少亏，我曾经自认为我所得成绩是我个人努力，却不知感恩图报，在一次带团队时，由于对此从不放在心上，不知感恩图报。我自以为是，在朋友碰到困难或意外时并不帮助别人才更话语打击嘲笑他人。三个月后我的团队遇上了管理不善，团队不再是一个团队而是一盘散沙。最后团队成员都离我而去，只剩下我一个光杆司令，这时候我四处求助朋友，却没一人帮我。此时方才醒悟，改过自新。

当然做人不是像本文所述这么简单，人的字易写却难为呀！李嘉诚曾经说过：“生意场上的合作伙伴，每每合作赚钱时，那怕我可以全部把他的钱赚完，我只赚70%；做人要学会留有余地，不要赶尽杀绝。”因此长江实业才可以存活至今，一直越发展越强。

2、-successful people are those who have experienced setbacks, misunderstandings, and failures.

Who hasn't encountered these things? From entering society to walking on the road of society, it can be said that no one has had a smooth success. Who hasn't encountered setbacks? Who hasn't been deceived or swindled? Who hasn't made mistakes or suffered from others' misunderstandings?

We often say that we're unlucky, complaining about heaven's unfairness, always lowering our expectations onto ourselves. At this time, we think about those who have survived in unexpected situations but still live meaningful lives. They don't complain about fate like us.

Like me, with a low educational background and poor family circumstances, I was able to stand here today - not easily achieved! Did I never encounter difficulties or setbacks? Did I never suffer from others' misunderstanding?

When facing such challenges and obstacles, do you resign yourself to your fate or refuse to give up? The successful ones are those who never give up. In their minds there is only: "Be bold ahead!" No one has ever given up due to minor difficulties.

As for us four-limbed beings encountering some hardships or failures - do we find excuses saying our life is hard because of fate?

3、Success comes from perseverance.

I once doubted whether this statement was the truth of success every time I met someone more successful than me at local or national levels. Each time they would tell me that success doesn't come from persistence; instead it comes from giving up!

No boss or successful person ever told me that their success wasn't due to perseverance! Every time they faced difficulty in business development bottlenecks they believed in only one thing: "Never give up! Persevere until the end!"

Today is cruel; tomorrow will be even crueler; but most people will die before seeing the beautiful sunrise of tomorrow." In my dictionary there's no failure only giving up!

4、Successful people talk less and act more.

Perhaps today's wisdoms are what each successful person had in mind when he didn’t know yet how he would succeed; he just knew what he wanted to do!

The day-to-day wisdoms we carry around - how many can you put into practice? Have you taken action yet?

Of course the genealogy of success contains much more than what I've mentioned above; nor does it mean that if you implement all these points you'll automatically become successful. It's important for us daily check ourselves on how many genes of success we possess. Don’t always blame heaven for being unfair - examine other successes too!
